A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Prices and fees are subject to change, and confirmed bookings are honored according to the agreed terms.
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable if the notice period is not met. Benjamin Charpy Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or equipment failure, with an offer to reschedule at no extra cost.
By participating in a photography session, you agree that Benjamin Charpy Photography may use your likeness in promotional materials, portfolios, websites, and social media unless a separate model release is provided stating otherwise. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary property releases for any locations or objects where required.
Benjamin Charpy Photography provides its services on a professional basis but makes no guarantees regarding external factors beyond our control, such as weather or unforeseen technical issues. In no event shall Benjamin Charpy Photography be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the respective service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or Benjamin Charpy Photography’s services shall first be resolved through informal negotiations.
